Friendly Features Vol. 4 – Andrew’s Flip

To say that I have some very talented family and friends would be an understatement. It seems that all of my friends have a knack for something…painting, drawing, designing, decorating, cooking, baking. So what do you do when you’re a blogger and you have such brilliant friends? You blog about it, of course!

Today I’m sharing the most adorable house that’s just around the corner from us. Added bonus: it’s for sale! I have a special appreciation for people who take a home that’s right in their neighborhood and turn it into something beautiful. If you’re going to breathe new life into old houses, why not start with the ones you see regularly?

This cute bungalow, built in 1916, had great bones but was in serious need of some TLC when Andrew decided to scoop it up. It sits on a large corner lot and has a detached garage. And who doesn’t love a front porch swing?

Yikes! This brings back memories! Andrew and his crew came in and gave this property a complete overhaul inside and out. Take a look at it now!
