Happy Valentine’s Day, friends!  And happy Friday!

Tonight is the big night–Charles and I will be spending our very first night in our new house!  What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than with our favorite meal (Little Caesar’s $5 Hot-N-Ready pizza and a bottle of red wine) in our new house?!

What are your Valentine’s plans?

PS- How am I just finding out about this?!  I need the popcorn chocolate bar for Valentine’s Day (and every other day of the year)!  Or Maple Bacon Chocolate…or Potato Chip Chocolate…or…

There’s something about the snow that has always been magical to me, and it actually brightens my mood and warms me from within.

We’ve been basically stuck inside all week thanks to a good amount of snow that NC is not used to! It’s been very nice to get a lot of things done, particularly getting things in order for another full weekend of working at the house.  Be sure to follow me on Instagram to keep up with all that will be happening!

Sorry for being a little absent this week with my posts.  I’ve been working really hard to get my year started on the right foot, so I’ve been concentrating on my resolutions and getting things organized–in all aspects of my life.  Back to the regularly scheduled programming next week!
