This week I’ve been focusing solely on ME! I’ve put my own well-being aside for some time, and it felt good to do some things that were just for me. I got back in the gym, I started eating really healthy, I downloaded Yes Please for my commute, and I’ve taken some steps to remedy some health issues. It’s been a good week.

What have you done for yourself lately?

This year I’ve been making a very conscious effort to live by this. It’s such a huge concept…one of my favorite bloggers even built a brand around it. The beauty of living intentionally is that it means something different for each individual. I’ve been working very hard for the past 6 weeks to make a few of my dreams become realities, and I can’t wait to share those realities with you. I’m still fine tuning, so for now I’ll turn the question to you:

How do you live intentionally?

I’m looking forward to both of these this weekend. We’ve got nothing on the agenda, but I’m sure we’ll find a few house projects to keep us busy. It’s just nice to know that if I want to lay on the couch in my jams all weekend and binge watch Downton Abbey and American Horror Story (weird combo, I know), that’s just fine.
